Shipping Policy
At The Proud Gifts, we currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. We offer products through two fulfillment methods — each with its own production and delivery timeline. Your order confirmation and tracking information will indicate which method applies to each item.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Made-to-Order (produced or personalized after you order):
- United Kingdom: Standard £3.99, 5–12 business days (free on orders over £37); Express £6.99, 4–8 business days
- United States: Standard $6.99, 4–8 business days (free on orders over $50)
Canada: Standard CA$9.70, 4–8 business days (free on orders over CA$70.00)
Partner-Shipped (ready-stock items, dispatched from partner warehouses):
- United Kingdom: 3–5 working days — Free
- United States: 3–5 working days — Free
- Combined UK/US/Canada orders: 5–15 business days depending on item — Free
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
Multiple Shipments: Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, orders containing items from different product lines may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for our core print-on-demand range are calculated at checkout based on destination, with free shipping available above the order thresholds noted above. All other items ship free of charge.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Important:
- Made-to-Order and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- We currently ship to the UK, US, and Canada only
