At The Proud Gifts, we currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Production and delivery timelines vary by product category — your order confirmation and tracking information will indicate the expected timeline for each item.

Estimated Delivery Times

All Jewellery

  • United Kingdom, United States, and Canada: 3–5 business days — Free on all orders, regardless of order value

Personalized & Made-to-Order — Core Range (including but not limited to phone cases, apparel, drinkware, wall art, and home accessories)

  • United Kingdom: Standard £3.99, 4–7 business days (free on orders over £37)
  • United States: Standard $6.99, 4–7 business days (free on orders over $50)
  • Canada: Standard CA$9.70, 4–7 business days (free on orders over CA$70.00)

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.

Multiple Shipments

Because our product range spans several categories, orders containing items from different product lines may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for our Core Range are calculated at checkout based on destination, with free shipping available above the order thresholds noted above. Jewellery items ship free of charge on all orders.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Important

  • Personalized and Made-to-Order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • We currently ship to the UK, US, and Canada only.
