Returns & Refunds
Because every product is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@thebritishgifts.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
